CDG’s home in London is a 6-floor emporium called Dover Street Market. Its house label DSM has always been popular with visitors to the British capital who would snap up DSM tees as souvenir buys just like those who must grab Hard Rock Cafe tees when they pass the one at Old Park Lane. And for a long time (since its launch anyway), DSM apparel is only available at DSM, until now.

This afternoon, I was surprised to find a rather large selection of DSM clothing at Club 21 Men. There were the usual tees, but what was enticing too were the shirts and shorts: all wearable and with subtle tweaks that only the CDG team can do cleverly. With the COMME des GARÇON store soon to open next week, the CDG aesthetic looks set to pervade Bangkok. Since nothing is sacred here, expect to see DSM in Chatuchak. I only hope not too soon.
